It'll play MPEG 4 video on its 2.1in, 240 x 320, 262,144-colour display too.

Nokia has announced 5 new accessories to complement its Nseries range of phones. The announced accessories include the Nokia Bluetooth GPS Module (LD-4W), the Nokia Bluetooth Stereo headset (BH-903), the Nokia Bluetooth Headset (BH-903), the Nokia Bluetooth Speakers (MD-7W) and the Nokia Power Pack (DC-1). All the accessories will be available globally in due course.

The MD-7W is a Bluetooth speaker set which has been developed in co-operation with D & M Premium Sound Solutions. The speakers have 3D stereo widening and dynamic bass control. The speakers have magnetic attachements to hold them together during storage.

The BH-902 is a standard Bluetooth headset which weighs 18.2g, has a OLED display and achieves 8 hours talk time. The headset gives superior audio quality thanks to a enhanced digital signal processor. The OLED display allows you to see incoming callers names and had indicators for new SMS and MMS messages.


The BH-903 is a stereo Bluetooth headset featuring a remote control with OLED display and 15 hours of music / talk time. The headset has support for the Bluetooth A2DP, AVRCP, PBAP, HFP and HSP profiles. The headset weighs 32g.


The LD-4W is a Bluetooth GPS module weighing 31g and has up to 10 hours operating time. The module weighs 31g


The DC-1 is a portable power pack (a big battery) which allows you to recharge your phone away from an electrical power outlet. When out and about you can connect your phone to the portable charger pack via the supplied cable and recharge your phone. The power pack holds around 2,000 mAh of power, enough to recharge most phones twice. The pack supports all Nokia devices with 2mm charging interface and has two charge output cables to allow you to charge two devices at the same time.

Nokia 6555 - 3G Clamshell Handset with a Style

Nokia has unveiled its latest clamshell handset, which is supposed to mirror a high-end luxury phone without the matching high-end luxury price tag. The 6555 is a 3G handset with a large analogue clock on its front fascia.

The WCDMA and quad-band GSM handset has an internal screen of 240 x 320 pixels, that’s also capable of displaying 16m colours, which Nokia claims will provide a brilliant and crisp resolution despite being twice as many colours as the human eye can see.

Tech specs are still sketchy, but the handset does feature an onboard camera, with a 6x zoom and a full screen portrait viewfinder. The camera also incorporates a self-portrait function to help users snap themselves perfectly.

The phone also features 30MB of internal memory and a Micro SD card slot, in addition to Bluetooth.

Nokia describes as a handset for "discerning customers", who also seek "an ergonomic user experience". But we’ll let you make up your own minds on that one.

me leaked pictures of the upcoming Symbian based Samsung i450 has appeared on the net about a week ago. Now Czech mobile portal mobil.cz has even better collection of Samsung i450 pictures.


The new Samsung SGH-i450 GSM/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA 3.5, running on the latest Symbian v9.2 over S60 interface. It doesn’t impress but has nice specifications, including 2.3” QVGA display, 2-megapixel camera, FM radio, 1GB of internal memory plus microSD slot and stereo Bluetooth.

The most interesting thing about the phone is its rather unique form-factor. Like the Nokia N80 or the upcoming N81 and N95 it is slider that opens in both directions – slide it up to reveal the numeric keyboard or down for a speaker which should show its potential in music playback.
