1. That prompted me to delete the Camera cache in: Menu > "Settings" > "Applications" > "Manage Applications" > "All" > "Camera" > and "Clear Data
2. "Menu" > "Settings" > "Applications" > "Manage Applications" > "All" > "Gallery" > "Clear Data"
